Chilled refreshing yummy and filling mango and banana smoothie.

Summer time again and a chilled glass of smoothie is a perfect snack for this season.
You can take it as a healthy start of your day.

Mango is a very yummy and healthy fruit. Its prevent cancer, alkalize the body, aid in weight loss, regulate diabetes, help digestion, clean your skin.

Bananas are extremely healthy and delicious too. They contain several essential nutrients, and have benefits for digestion, heart health and weight loss.

Bananas are among the most popular fruits on earth. Bananas contain a fair amount of fiber, as well as several antioxidants.
So its a perfect drink for both kids and elders.

Recipe

Chopped mango – 1 cup

Chopped banana – 1 cup

Curd – 1 cup

Milk – 1/2 cup

Honey – 2 teaspoon

Method

Blend all the ingredients in a blender on high speed. Blend until smooth and frothy.

You can add some ice cubes too. Or use frozen fruits
Pour the mixture in a glass. Garnish with chopped or scooped mango. Serve chilled. Enjoyyyy
